‘Die Afrikaanse Taalmuseum en -monument’ is a schedule 3A public entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act. These reports are submitted in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa; the Public Finance Management Act; Treasury Regulations; Cultural Institutions Act, and other applicable laws and regulations. For the sake of financial transparency and accountable management, the annual reports, as adopted by parliament, are available to the public here.
