ADMINISTRATION CLERK: SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATION

(12 months contract appointment)

The Afrikaanse Taalmuseum en -monument (ATM) invites suitable candidates to apply for the position as Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Administration. Appointment date: 1 August 2017

Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12) and a qualification in supply chain administration • Excellent language skills in Afrikaans and English • Experience in supply chain administration • Experience in the procurement of goods and services • Knowledge of basic financial administration • Contactable references

Responsibilities:
• Compile specifications for quotations and tenders in conjunction with Management • Handling of  the administration for the procurement of goods and services •  Maintenance of the internal suppliers database  • Handling of basic financial enquiries • Provide administrative support service to divisions
